Raj is the founder of Saibsolutions and serves as the company's CEO. He has over 25 years of management consulting and industry experience gained at A.T. Kearney, ICI, Owens Corning and Laidlaw. He has consulted a wide range of blue-chip clients and P/E funded UK SMEs. Raj holds a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from London Business School.
Raj’s core expertise are in supply chain transformation, cost to serve reduction, ERP and Cloud based system implementation.
Raj is passionate about advancing Cloud adoption among the UK SMEs. He focuses on helping clients gain the first mover advantage in the Cloud.

Peter provides strategic direction and leads the marketing efforts of our Cloud technology solutions. He is a seasoned practitioner of transformative sales and marketing strategies and has led a number of P/E funded UK SMEs on growth and turnaround initiatives. Peter holds an MA (Hons) in Geography from Edinburgh University and an MBA from Lancaster University.
Over a career spanning 30 years, Peter has gained expertise in general management, planning, business systems, sales and marketing in Private Equity and PLC environments.
Peter is passionate about helping companies gain real competitive edge through digital transformation.

Dan leads our company’s IT services focusing on migration of legacy IT infrastructure to the Cloud. Over decades of helping UK SMEs, Dan has developed deep insights into operational aspects of IT support and IT Managed services. Dan holds a BSc (Hons) in Simulation and Virtual Reality from Stafford University.
Dan challenges the traditional IT paradigms and is a strong advocate of using disruptive technology. He has an outstanding knack of looking at an IT task different from the normal. This makes Dan an excellent problem solver and he is able to deliver innovative solutions to any technical problem.
Dan is passionate about helping UK SMEs gain cost competitiveness and business agility through IT Managed services in the Cloud.

Gautam is the leader of Saibsolutions offshore technology development team. He leads the design, development and implementation of our company’s Cloud based IT systems. Gautam has led the development of a number of unique computational algorithms to perform complex data mining in the Cloud. Gautam has a B. Tech degree in Computer Science from MIT, India.
Gautam has extensive practical experience of and insights in implementing large scale data mining projects in finance, healthcare, retail, social care and building materials industries.
Gautam is passionate about helping SMEs design and implement Cloud based BI platforms for real-time analytics and decisions making.

Over 25 years of delivering complex, multi-site SAP deployments in India and the UK, Ranjan has developed deep domain expertise and business process insights. Ranjan has a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM, Kolkata.
As a senior practitioner in global ERP implementation, Ranjan frequently speaks on best practice ERP deployment and business process transformation.
Ranjan is passionate about helping UK SMEs deploy Cloud ERP.

Julie is the leader of Saibsolutions HR solution design team. Over 30 years of delivering high impact HR projects in Europe, Asia and North America, Julie has established herself a practice leader in change management, employee engagement and organisation design. She has overseen several M&A projects and advised board members on TUPE, business integration, leadership development and performance coaching to drive lasting change.
Julie holds a number of non-executive roles and facilitates accredited CIPD programmes.
Julie is passionate about helping UK SMEs leverage data driven HR management processes for engaging and retaining talents and maximising their performance potential.
